November 2024 Member Meeting: Developing a Skilled Workforce

With winter fast approaching now is the time to plan for your Spring hiring needs – are you ready? 

The Community School has launched a training program to help meet landscape industry demand and align with spring hiring.  Carol Connolly will share curriculum details of this “earn while you learn” program including specialized landscape training, equipment safety, and essential job-ready skills designed to fully prepare graduates for entry-level positions.

Several CCLA members, who have already partnered with The Community School, will discuss ways their companies have benefited from this new program.
