EXHIBITOR QUICK FACTS

MOVE-IN

Tuesday, January 14, 2025 8:00 a.m. –11:00 a.m.
Exhibitors move in via conference center entrance or overhead doors in expo hall, not the hotel lobby. All booths must be show ready by 11:00 a.m.  Arrangements can be made for outdoor equipment displays to be set on Monday afternoon,  January 13. Contact CCLA for details.

MOVE-OUT

Wednesday, January 15, 2025 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
No materials may be left in exhibit booth.

EXPO HOURS

Tuesday, January 14, 2025 11:00 a.m.  – 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, January 15, 2025 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

PARKING

Free parking is available at the conference center. Please note that the parking lot to the right of the conference center is reserved for outside equipment displays only. No display equipment is allowed in general parking areas.

INSIDE BOOTHS

Expo is in a carpeted ballroom. If displaying equipment or plant material, protecting the carpet in the hall and individual booth is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

• 1 6’ draped table
• 2 chairs
• Wastebasket
• 8’ high back drape
• 3’ high side drape
• Exhibitor ID sign

OUTSIDE BOOTHS

• Located in parking lot adjacent to ballroom
• Approximately 40’ x 40’ space
• Exhibitors are responsible for their own pop-up tents, tables & chairs

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Advance registration is strongly encouraged. If you register in advance, your badges will be delivered to your booth space on Tuesday morning. If you need to make changes or register additional personnel, please stop by Walk-In Registration table.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

CCLA has a discounted room rate of $99/double occupancy Monday, January 13 – Wednesday, January 15. Contact Emerald Resort directly at (508) 394-9300 to make your reservation and be sure to mention LandsCape Cod. When booking online please use access code CCLA2025.
