Restoring Ecological Integrity to the Built Environment
Every new build or renovation leaves a mark: stripped vegetation, displaced and compacted soil, and fragile coastal settings are pushed to their limits.
Join us as the design experts at BlueFlax Design share thoughtful, field-tested strategies for transforming disturbed construction sites into resilient, biodiverse landscapes. Learn how to mitigate vegetation loss, rebuild living soils, prevent erosion, and reverse compaction using sustainable, practical techniques tailored to the Cape’s unique coastal ecology.
Discover how intentional remediation can elevate your work beyond aesthetics — creating landscapes that protect waterways, support pollinators and wildlife, withstand coastal conditions, and deliver long-term ecological value for your clients.
