Healing the Soil with Biochar

Tuesday January 23, 2024

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Adding biochar to soil is known to have many positive effects that include boosting plant health through neutralizing acidity, enhancing water and nutrient retention (especially in sandy soils) and improving drainage and aeration.
Learn what biochar is, how it's made, the ways it can be applied, and how it benefits your clients’ soil and the environment. Biochar is the best way to sequester CO2 from the atmosphere into the soil, resulting in restorative, long-term benefits in the landscape and for the environment.
